In my short time working at Carl Zeiss I was immediately impressed with its level of professionalism shown during my first day induction. All staff were made aware of my employment and were very kind and welcoming which made me feel very much part of the team from the start.
A new career can be daunting in the beginning however knowing I have a very experienced support team right behind me has been very comforting. Everyone from Receptionist to Managing Director is very approachable and helpful.
The training has been very intense and beneficial and I am looking forward to some hard work ahead with great potential rewards.
